Obstruction and Disorderly Conduct – Not Guilty – Washington County – 02882

Our client, a young lady, was placed in an extremely difficult position by a former boyfriend. During a traffic stop, under duress, our client made a number of statements to the police on scene. Those statements lead to charges of Obstruction and Disorderly Conduct.

DUI – Amended to Reckless Driving – 02818 – Kent County
